What this policy covers

This policy covers personal information we collect through this website. It does not cover data processed inside Axl Engine or Modali Accelerate for a client project; that is governed by the agreement between Modali and the client.

Information we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, work email address, company, what you are interested in and your message.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver the pages and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. When you send the contact form, your IP address is also used to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time; that record is deleted automatically after about ten minutes.

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services.

How we use it

We use contact form submissions to reply to you, arrange a conversation or demonstration, and keep a record of our correspondence. We use technical information to run the site and keep it secure.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that run the site and our email for us, and only for that purpose:

• Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
• Resend, which delivers contact form messages to us by email.
• Microsoft 365, where Modali's email is hosted.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages and related correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage any business relationship that follows.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@modali.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.

Children

This website is intended for business users. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
