Axl Engine runs on Modali Accelerate
Accelerate is the workspace where Modali plans and runs its engagements. Axl's work shows up there, next to the project it belongs to, for the people who are members of that project.
Axl is the agent, Accelerate is the workspace
Axl does the delivery work. Accelerate holds the engagement around it: the projects, the people and their roles, and the record of what was done. When Axl Test runs a suite, the run, its verdict and its report are stored in the Accelerate project for that program.
What Axl Test uses in Accelerate
- Projects and members — Each test project belongs to an Accelerate project. Access follows its members, so the people who can see the program can see its tests.
- Roles — Test leads review scenarios and start runs. Test admins manage environments, test accounts and pipeline tokens. Nobody can change their own role.
- Client access — People from the client organization can read everything and request scenarios by default. Whether they may also start runs or approve is a project setting.
- Environments — Each Ivalua environment is recorded with its safety class: production, staging or pre-production.
- Runs and reports — Every run keeps its verdict, results by requirement, PDF report and defect drafts on one page.
- Audit log — Changes to who can do what are recorded.

Modali runs Accelerate and the services Axl uses. You don't install anything to take part in a pilot. The security page says where data is stored and where test runs execute.
